Chicken Coop

Built on your mostly level lot.

This is our only chicken coop for now.  It is perfect in every way for 6 chickens or less.

It measures 4'x12' and is made of 100% treated pine.  The base is made of larger 4x4 runners so it can be partially buried to keep the critters out.  We use 30 year shingles, not the cheap tin roofing.  The entire frame is made with 2x4 boards instead of the typical 2x3 or worse yet, 1x2 boards.  It includes the battery powered chicken door which closes at night and opens at day. 

Like all our builds, it includes a 15 year warranty for workmanship.  We actually expect it to last much much longer than that.
