Most areas do not need a permit for sheds smaller than 120 Sq Ft. Call your County/City/HOA to be sure of what you can do there.

Tempered 18x27" Windows - $150ea
Windows are available in white or brown. The bottom portion slides up and down and they have screens. Now available in black for $50 more per window.
24" Deep Workbench - $15 Linear Ft
Our work bench runs the full width of the shed and is 24" deep. Perfect for a potting bench or tool bench. It also can be used as a nice storage shelf for boxes.
32" Deep Loft - $20 Linear Ft
Our storage loft runs the full width of the shed and is 32" deep. It is a great way to save floor space. Use it for bulky items like patio cushions or umbrellas
16" Shelves - $12 Linear Foot.
Our Shelves are just like our Workbench but less deep for smaller items.
Heavy Duty Ramp - $200
If you have a ride on mower or snow blower then you will want this ramp. We build them to withstand heavy loads.
This price gets a 4' wide by 4' long ramp.

Painting - $0.00 Per Sq Ft
We offer custom painting of your shed at no extra cost to you. We use Sherwin Williams Everlast Premium Exterior Paint. Just provide us with the Paint name and number from their website.

Extra Set Of Double Doors - $400
Sometimes customers may want two sets of double doors for easier access into the shed.

Extra Steep Roof Pitch
We offer 2 Choices of roof pitch too. The standard is 22.5 degrees. The more modern 30 degree pitch is available for $500 more. This will also allow you more room for stuff on your High Loft.
Standard Side Wall is 6.5ft Tall
This is tall enough for most people while not being too tall for the HOA or City Rules.
We can offer a 7' Wall for $500 or an 8' wall for $1000.
