Solid Block Footings
We level your shed on solid cement blocks making sure the base does not directly come in contact with the ground. This ensures years of service without rot or insect damage
2x6 Floor Joists 16"oc, AdvanTech Floor Sheathing, and Zip System roofs.
We use 2x6 floor joist in all our sheds. Most other shed companies use 2x4's. Our floor is super strong and our roofs use the same Zip system as the new expensive houses you have seen. Zip makes your roof water resistant and helps keep the moisture out, even if the shingles blow off or get old and fail.
2x4 Wall Construction
We frame all our walls with top choice 2x4 wall studs hand chosen for their quality. We don't use 2x3 boards like many Factory builders use. They have to keep them lighter for their multi-State ride to you.

Gable Vents
We include gable air vents on all our sheds. Some companies charge extra or skip this important step. These vents help keep the shed cooler in the summer.
30 Year Architectural Shingles
We offer a choice of five popular shingle colors to choose from. These are much stronger in high winds and aging than normal 3 Tab shingles. They do not dent from tree branches falling like a metal roof can.
LP Smart Side Wall Panels
We use LP Smartside for our shed walls. It is an exterior grade panel pre primed for paint. It is treated to resist fungal decay and termites. It will not absorb water and is stronger than normal plywood boards
4" Roof Overhangs
Our sheds have a 4" overhang around the roofline to help keep the shed dry in bad weather.
White Never Rot PVC Trim
If you look at old sheds you quickly realize that the first thing to deteriorate is the trim boards used. We eliminate that from happening on our sheds by only using PVC never rot trim boards. They never need paint and they will never rot.
